Currently, the most secure way for you to change your list settings is to simply contact me and I will adjust your preferences for you.
This includes changing your email, adding a secondary address, or adjusting any of the settings mentioned below.
If you wish to change your settings yourself, there are instructions in the list welcome message that you received when you were added to our community. You can also use this page to change your list settings:

The following discussion list settings are available to list members:
This turns off email delivery to the address you have subscribed. This is useful if you want to be able to post from multiple addresses, but only wish to receive email at one of them.
If you would like to be able to post from multiple addresses, I will need to add them for you. Contact me with details.
This setting signifies whether you want to receive an acknowledgment after your post has been distributed to the list. Useful if you do not receive a copy of your own posts.
Rather than receive messages as they are posted, you will receive one email (per day — if messages were posted) containing a string of all the messages posted to the list in the previous 24 hours.
This setting is not recommended.
